Protect Your InnerG

It’s World Mental Health Day. Mental Health Awareness is incredibly important in today’s society & an issue often ignored. So many people either pretend they don’t suffer from poor mental health, don’t know how to cope with poor mental health, or the most prevalent & possibly most damaging, they can’t even identify that what they’re enduring is a result of poor mental health. Poor mental health doesn’t have a face. Depression, anxiety, panic attacks, angry outbursts, clingy/ codependent behavior, missed dates & appointments, missed parties & events, fleeting smiles, lonely corners, excessive sleeping. . . These are but a few of many symptoms of someone who suffers. It’s hard not knowing how to fix your mental, even harder feeling as though you’re going through it alone. Protect your peace, however you can. The little moments that make you smile, delight in them. Cherish them. Those little moments add up in your bank of positivity. They turn into moments of light you can reach for in your darkest moments. I know. I speak from experience. Protect your peace, loves. Find your light. & please remember you are not alone. ✨
